Colorado State University Libraries, in collaboration with the Department of English, the Department of Art and Art History, proudly presents Knowing Her: Women’s Work & Leadership at CSU, 1925-2025. This groundbreaking exhibition, organized and produced by Professor Tobi Jacobi and Professor Suzanne Faris and curated by CSU Libraries Exhibition Coordinator Silvia Minguzzi, will be displayed at Morgan’s Grind Gallery in Morgan Library from March 3 to August 15, 2025.
The award-winning virtual reality immersive artwork, “The Hangman at Home,” has begun its display at the Hatton Gallery at Colorado State University. “The Hangman at Home” is an art piece that is immersive in its VR storytelling and haunting in its poetry. The exhibit is also reflective, as viewers experience the fourth wall breaking throughout the story.
Cecelia Kreider exhibited the sculpture “Bell of the Veil” at the Pearlsnaps Iron Art Friends: An Iron Casting Exhibition at the FooLPRoof Gallery in Denver, CO.
Kim Ferrer’s work will be featured in the Arvada Center’s fifth juried triennial show, Art of the State 2025.
Dave Riep was invited to serve on the Selection Committee for the 2025 International Folk Art Market in Santa Fe, NM, where he evaluated the applications received from the African continent.
Jason Frazier was a member of the Final Selection Jury for the Visual Design category of the Taiwan International Student Design Competition that took place from October 6 – 10, 2024.
Eleanor Moseman presented her paper, “Why Worpswede? Surrealism and Transformation in Post-War Germany” at the International Society for the Study of Surrealism (ISSS) annual conference, October 28 – 30, 2024.
On October 24, 2024, Gentry Noel-Heunes and her colleague, Keri Canada, presented their research, “Feeling at Home on Campus: Building Networks and Community among Administrative Professionals,” at the Symposium for Inclusive Excellence.
