Ajean Ryan creates drawings and installations based on the themes of landscape and ornamentation. Ajean Ryan teaches all levels of drawing in the undergraduate and graduate programs. She has exhibited nationally and internationally in museums, galleries and non-profit spaces. Ajean Ryan has been the recipient of numerous awards and grants including the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant and the Creative Capital Workshop Grant.
