The Department of Art and Art History presents the 2022 Alumni Invitational Exhibition, CRUD by Mosscates and Jackson Aldern. The show runs from June 9th to August 26th, 2022 in Directions Community Gallery in CSU’s Visual Arts Building.

Machine language that embraces obsolescence and decay. Distinctions no longer need to be made between the organic and the manufactured; both think and rot alike. The unexpected sights and sounds produced by withered and faulty equipment can be seen as deathbed dreaming. A brain that can freely express a lifetime of carefully gathered stimulus. Losing yourself in the waste might not be so bad.
