The Visual Arts Building is a well-equipped complex built in 1975 to specifically accommodate the various areas of study in the visual arts. The graphic design area occupies approximately 4000 square feet of studio space. A computer lab is available for all graphic design students. The lab consists of state of the art Mac workstations equipped with current versions of Adobe Creative Suite and other popular interactive media software. Students are encouraged to provide their own laptops but Art Department units are available for short-term daytime checkout. Peripheral printers, scanners and servers are also provided in the lab. Other high quality and large format printers are available to students on campus and at service bureaus within the community.
